New Jersey American Water Company Shrewsbury Avenue Fire Restoration Project & Meridian Health Systems Tenant Fit-out.
The project consisted of a complete re-building of the former Shrewsbury Administration Offices that were occupied by tenants, due to fire damage. The exterior and interior were rebuilt for a single tenant, Meridian Health Systems. The facility was built to match exterior and interior replacements and to comply with Code and Energy Efficiency.
